Choc Cheese Tart

Salam Semua.

Aku tak pandai tulis resepi. Korang kena usaha lebih untuk cuba faham apa yang aku tulis. 

Choc Cheese Tart

Pastry
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
75 g butter
3 tbsp cold water

Filling
250 g cream cheese
20 g butter
60 g fine granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon essence vanilla

1. Preheat oven - 165 'C. Combine flour, white sugar, cocoa and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
2. Sprinkle with cold water. 1 tbsp at a time, mixing gently until mixture is moistened.
3. Form mixture into ball, shape dough into 24 1 inch balls for 1 3/4 inch muffin cups. (bergantung kepada mould yang korang guna, aku main taram)


4. Bake the pastry for about 5-7 mins. (also depends on your pastry thickness) We want to cook the inside of pastry before putting in the filling. Careful, make sure the pastry is not too dry or it will crack & rasa tak sedap.
5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar together till light. Add egg and beat till well mixed. Resepi asal tak letak esen vanila tapi aku suka nak letak.
6. Letak choc chip dalam baked shell tarts tadi. Spoon cream cheese filling and top it with more choc chip. Baru meleleh coklat filling dia. Yummy!


7. Lastly bake in the oven about 10-15 minutes. Kalau suka pastry tart yang crispy bake lama sikit. Aku buat approximately 10 mins. Pastry agak chewy. Or maybe resepi dia memang jadi chewy. Agaknya lah.

Another tart that I baked is with strawberry jam filling. Adunan pastry tadi, divided by two. Satu letak serbuk koko, lagi satu letak pewarna epal hijau sikit.




Cara dia semua sama just warna and filling je lain. Kalau korang nak cuba boleh variasi lagi.
