Salam semua.

Well, after three weeks binding my lust over foods and books, I was like grasping every chance to accomplish all my cravings during training in a niff of time. God knows the cravings will only come when we least can get it. Gladly, I can say that half of my food cravings have been satisfied and luckily my phone is equipped with e-book reader so I still can read during the training. Nevertheless, the books just can't stop publishing and I just can say no! So, the outcome is.....

As for Ika Madera and Nisyah, this is the first time I heard of them and can't wait to read 'em! But first, I might as well try to finish up the novels (The Lost Symbol and Beautiful Darkness) I bought previously. (gee, even novels got their own turn, me sux!)

Malas nak tulis intro, takde idea maklumlah da stat cuti otak pun malas kerja. (amalan tak mulia) Aku nak kenalkan novel WARNA kepada anda semua. Novel ni novel kompilasi tiga penulis yang bukan maen maen tulisan dia. Semua ada style dan cerita tersendiri.

Kali ni, watak watak tampil matang gaya wanita terkini. Ewah bahasa aku. Cerita cinta pelik pelik terjun bangunan ke ape tak terdapat di sini ye. Semua 'true' love je. Love stories yang ada:

~ POPULAR Mega Bookfair ~

To those who are in JB and near, catch the biggest bookfair by POPULAR at the Expo Danga City Mall. Last time it was at City Square JB and it was book-superb. Discounts up till 90% (for members) and 70% (non-members). To me, it's a worth bargain since most of English novels are quite ehem (clearing my throat), expensive... But, you can get a hardcover book less than RM20 at the bookfair. So, come on, gear up and move your butt to the Expo Danga City Mall.

notabuku: ayah cakap, buat apa nak kayakan cina, beli dekat Badan saja,tapi sebab aku degil, aku nak pergi jugak. Sebenarnya, Badan, boleh la tambah lagi genre buku dekat kedai tu. Sekian.

Aku memang kuat berangan. Kalau tengok cerita atau baca novel memang senang got carried away. Jadi dengan takde kerjanya - almaklum da merdeka seketika - aku list pekerjaan pekerjaan yang macam cool. Kalau boleh try test sekali sure aku grab the chance! even sebenarnya tak layak ye. Boleh la jugak jadi guide untuk budak budak spm.( yang da amek sepuluh tahun lepas pon bole jugak,tape)

Salam minggu exam..

Mata ikan/ulser mulut lagi apa korang panggil? Aku benchi benda ni. Tapi kalau da di'hadiah'kan, nak buat camner, ye tak? Untuk mengamalkan sikap positif dalam diri, aku da senarai turunkan (read:list down) kebaikan mata ikan/ulser mulut.

Kasi rajin minum air. Eleh kalau tak kena mata ikan, kau malas minum air kan?

Aksesori dalaman mulut. Anggap dia macam dinding pipi, lidah, gusi piercing.

Membawa keinsafan. Mula la fikir, aku ade cakap benda salah ke, mulut ade celupar ke. Kalau mata ikan sampai 3-4 biji dalam mulut, mula la rasa ade dosa besar yang telah dilakukan.

Aman sikit dunia. Tenang dunia orang sekeliling kau. Kau x larat nak cakap sebab sakit sangat. Kalau tak, heboh blok suara kau je.

Mekanisme untuk kurus. Kan hilang selera makan sebab nak kunyah pun seksa. Lama kot mata ikan ni menginap. Sempat la puasa seminggu. Berat turun 2 kg.

Orang kata, nak cepat sembuh kena minum air masak banyak banyak, letak garam, letak bonjela. Ni yang aku tau tapi betol ka? Sama je aku rasa. Peh, kalau letak garam tu, tak macam %^&*()(*&%!!!!! Haa, kan? Korang buat ape kalau kena mata ikan? Jom sharing caring.

Aku bukan nak keji, tapi boleh tak aku doakan orang-orang yang bising mengilai ni kena mata ikan 10 biji dalam mulut dia? Senyap la woi, orang nak stadi!!!!

Waalaikummussalam.( Bayangkan aku bagi salam kat korang, ni korang jawab salam aku)

Today, aku, zara, syak,z dan atun melawat sekolah terchenta.The day started bila aku bangun lambat z, kol umah then baru adik aku kejut. Baru la aku nak mandi, gosok baju, kejut driver bangun tambah sakit perut dan bermacam hal lagi. Tapi perlu ke aku cerita ni? Yang penting aku lambat, 2 jam lak tuh. gome ne! Aku bukan sengaja dan aku tak selalu kan lambat. :p

Sampai sekolah jumpa cikgu cikgu,bual bual, gosip gosip (sumber gosip: cikgu!),doing catch ups and more catch ups with everyone that we knew. lagi, jumpa junior. Dulu dulu mereka Form 1 kami Form 5, sekarang, mereka Form 5 kami Form 1????

Dalam suka suka dan riang ria ada hati yang pedih dan sedih. Cikgu beritahu our senior had just passed away that day. Al-fatihah. Due to motorcycle accidents. He was a head prefect, an excellent speaker, a qari and everything that a mother, a sister, a friend could ask for. I myself respected him and always thought him as a role model.

Jadi kami bersama cikgu cikgu pergi ke HSI, menziarah keluarga dan jenazah. Even tak rapat dengan allahyarham, terasa sangat kehilangan dia. We spread the news to our fellow friends. Sedih tengok bila adik dia (our junior) yang handle everything because their parents went to hajj. If you could just imagine the situation.

Us being there hopefully can gave some moral support to the family. And at that moment, I thought, cikgu cikgu semua datang. I was in awe that they were very thoughtful and it seems they really DO care about us. The factor that we were once family back in school. And the relationship even extends when we finished school. Besides, I think my belated senior were very close to the teachers and it was like playing in my head my memories of him talking to the teachers and everything.The moment that we saw the body we can't stop the tears. It was very heart wrenching. And again, the teachers amazed me. I saw affectionate, I saw care and I saw love in their eyes.

Then, I even wondered that maybe my belated senior had a 'special' friend. What if he had made promises to her? I mean, can you imagine her feelings? Then, his parents. I don't know whether they tell their parents or not, for the sake of the hajj. I prayed that all is well for them.

Today, I saw love. The love of friends, family, teachers and even the love of saudara se-Islam. It was because of him, that I can see all this. With Allah's wills. Let us send him some 'light' by reciting Al-fatihah and zikr to him. May Allah bless him and his family.

Meremang bulu tengkuk.Berdebar seluruh rongga roh di dalam. Silap- silap hari bulan boleh sempot dan pengsan.

Well, it's been a long time that I've bought a novel.Last time it was Antara Safa dan Marwah during Ramadhan and sorry to say, it is not one of my fav.But do not fret, different people different thinking, different taste, different perception. So you guys might wanna try to read it too! :D

I'm a subscriber of the Jemari Seni Pubs.house emails so that I'll get informed on the new releases. All those novels are very enticing and I like the fact that I own the books despite my comments on the book after I read it. It is like a quest for me to own every each novel or interesting books. (hope I can afford it though).

So I'm saying, recently I received an email announcing the new babies of JS and already I heard the sound of cash register, ka-ching!. Boy, how bad I wanna grab those books. The titles are:

Tiada gizi dan daya ketahanan untuk melawan kejahatan virus dari luar. Dan lawan bagi ‘lemah dan malas berfikir’ itu tentunya quwwat al-ruh wa al-‘aql. Yakni, cabaran paling besar ialah cabaran dalaman untuk mempersiapkan diri sebagai seorang pemikir yang berani melawan al-irhab al-fikry atau keganasan pemikiran di mana hari ini kita dipaksa mengikut satu sahaja gaya atau aliran tajaan.

Maka, pengarang muda dan tua mesti menyedari kerja sastera bukanlah kerja bercerita. Kerja kita sebagai sasterawan adalah pertamanya, kerja sebagai pengawal masyarakat; keduanya, kerja menjadi tukang cakap aspirasi ummah; ketiganya kerja sebagai rujukan bangsa di saat mereka menghadapi persoalan yang menekan; keempatnya, kerja sebagai tali pengikat atau integrator supaya dapat membangunkan potensi masyarakat. Apakah ada kemungkinan untuk pengarang muda menjadi semua itu jika ia masih bergelut dengan cerita-cerita palsu, imaginasi yang merupakan perkara pinggiran, tetek-bengek tiada keyakinan, atau ketinggalan rasa motivasi untuk mengarang.

And as a reader, I hope to enjoy the books as much as possible and try to understand what's the message the author try to convey... The arts of delivering is very important to me. There are some types of writing I really can't stand. So I stop from reading the books from that publishing house. (but often I'll read till the end, it's really rare I left the book halfway). This is just a thought that came through my mind and I just wanna share it with others. After all, we are what we read!

Domestic chores: man vs woman

Hye all. (To all guys esp. hubbies, brothers, sons, fiance`, etc.)

Someone had conjured the stupidest idea I've EVER encountered that domestic chores such as sweeping, mopping, wash dishes & clothes are woman's work. What the heck? Hello, news flash! This is not the era where women sit in the kitchen all day long,ok?

~ This could be you granny, your mom, your sis, your wife or maybe you, yourself. ~

It is like a taboo or even a curse if men do the house chores. How I hate to hear that " I don't want to clean the house, it's a woman's work." Even throwing out the garbage to the bin outside, an hour of speech and some threatening need to take place (don't forget all the moaning that happened while you took the garbage outside). haha What a rubbish. It's not like women ever signed a deal that the house chores belongs to them that no guy in earth should interfere.Can't you guys do something out of responsibilities? No need for others to move your butt around. And how can you enjoy the sports channel when the house is not at the best stake? Makes me wonder.

~ Somebody needs to be straightened up ~

Sometimes the women will said " it's okay, it's my job after all." or "It's fun doing the cleaning" or " Maybe he's just tired, next time he'll do it for sure." or many more excuses that pops in our mind. But, this situation will not last long. Women will start to get tired, agitated, and weary not only because the chores but the unwillingness of men to share the chores. My personal opinion, those chores aren't all bad if you do it together (despite all the dusts and sweats involved), am I right or am I correct?

~ Accidents? Nah, they just don't care. ~

Come on man, lend your tough muscles, masculine body and vast energy on all those tiny little tasks. The worst thing that can occur is your house is clean and your loved ones are happy.All in all, what is it about man and house chores? haha

~ I need HELP! ~

Hype!

Amat penat ye mengemas rumah... Nak- nak attic aku yang da bape taon tak dijajah manusia tuh... Korang kalau nak ngemas, keselamatan kena jaga jugak ok (tak semestinya main mercun je jasad jiwa bole terkorban taim2 raya ni tau... Contoh, taim cuci porch rumah guna sabun jalan slow- slow dan pastikan selipar tu sihat walafiat la kan.. Lagi, kalau nak cabut langsir dekat ngan kipas sila ya switch off dulu kipas atau electrical appliance korang... Tanak la tangan ke kepala korang terkorban.. Ni true story ye. Adik aku baru kena tadi, pastu dia hepi sebab tapayah buat kije (kne tgn kanan lak tu) and mak aku bagi arahan camni, " Da, pergi tdo." huk aloh! tak advencer dan berjiwa survival btol. Korang lak jangan nak wat dirty tricks camni nak escape buat house chores tau.. Semangat raya kena kuat! Ok, moral of the story, hati-hati dan jangan malas- malas!

Ops! Belum habis naaa.... Aku nak mintak idea korang yang bijaksana lagi berhikmah dan rajin membuat pahala ni..boleh? Aku tengah kering gile nak fikir tajuk speech untuk public speaking kelas oral aku.. So, if you guys have anything in mind, do pray to tell me! huhu The scope is anything under the sun. Sangat- sangat la tatau jugak nak watpe.. I really really really need your ideas! If you guys are willing to la kan.. If not, s'kay! huhu

Lastly, aku ingin mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri kepada semua muslimin dan muslimat yang menyambut... (coz i heard that some of the muslims aren't practicing Islam and don't care bout all these fuss, dunno whether it's true o not. ha!) Tak lupa ayat bese ini, Maaf Zahir dan Batin.
